Job summary

Meta is expanding its APAC network infrastructure and seeks a Network Development Manager to lead subsea cable investments, capacity and fiber leases, and related construction. You will work with partners to design strategies that deliver competitive economics, scalability, reliability, and high availability across the network footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in network development and infrastructure.
• Experience with subsea cables, fiber infrastructure, and carrier market players.
• Experience applying responsible AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation).
• Financial or data modeling experience with quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability to coordinate procurement, construction and ops across multi-workstreams.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact.
• Demonstrated deal execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead network investments through subsea cable investments, capacity and dark fiber leases and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive economics, flexibility, scalable operations and high availability.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver reliable network infrastructure.
• Communicate investment analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.
