Job description

We are supporting a leading offshore wind developer in the search for an experienced subsea cable project manager to take ownership of the full EPCI scope for major offshore wind projects in Asia. This is a high impact role for a proven subsea cable professional who enjoys working at developer level, shaping strategy as well as driving delivery.

You will lead the Inter-array (and potentially export) cable package from early design through execution, managing budget, schedule, risk and interfaces while working closely with internal engineering, procurement and construction teams and a wide range of external contractors and suppliers. The role covers pre FEED and basic design oversight, execution phase design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and best practice HSE.

You will input to procurement strategy, tendering, negotiations and ongoing contract management, acting as the primary focal point for all cable package matters and resolving technical and commercial challenges as they arise.

The ideal candidate will bring 10 to 15 years of experience in offshore wind, subsea cables, oil and gas or similarly complex infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of inter array cable systems, installation methodologies, cable protection, burial and shore landings, along with familiarity with IEC and DNV standards. You should be an experienced leader and communicator, comfortable operating in international project environments, with a structured project management approach and the confidence to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
