Job summary

Meta in Singapore is seeking a Network Development Manager to lead APAC infrastructure initiatives, drive capacity expansion, and oversee supplier contracts for a growing backbone network.

You will coordinate with partners, vendors, engineering and legal teams to ensure competitive economics, high availability and scalable operations across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply strategies for capacity connecting and expanding our CDN network
• Manage a portfolio of infrastructure suppliers globally, with focus on APAC regions
• Identify suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and work with engineering and legal departments to negotiate and execute supplier contracts
• Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure projects across internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage and develop partner relationships across a diverse range of countries
• Oversee the performance and management of contracts through the full lifecycle, tracking and ensuring supplier compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, processing of supplier invoices, creation of contract variances and renegotiation as needed
