Facebook Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Network Development Manager to lead investments in subsea cable and fiber infrastructure, focusing on APAC. You will drive end-to-end project execution with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure scalable and reliable network capabilities.

The role requires deep experience in subsea networks, strong negotiation and contract management, and the ability to translate market trends into strategic investment decisions across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or equivalent in a technical or business-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in subsea cables, fiber infrastructure and carrier markets.
• Experience in managing complex infrastructure projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply strategies, including joint build efforts with partners.
• Manage subsea systems and fiber infrastructure suppliers globally (APAC focus).
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and collaborate with legal to contract execution.
• Drive end-to-end project management of infrastructure initiatives across teams.
• Develop partner relationships across diverse countries.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle, track compliance and invoices.
• Monitor subsea and telecom market developments for competitive positioning.
• Represent Meta network team at conferences and trade shows.
• Track market price trends to secure favorable terms for Meta.
• Collaborate with finance to build budgets and investment plans.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction and operations teams across streams.
