Job summary

Allianz SE in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager of Ops & IT Strategy planning to drive annual planning, forecasting and long-term strategic roadmaps for Insurance Operations and IT functions across Asia Pacific regional offices and operating entities.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver market insights, craft regional strategies, and produce storyboards for leadership review, with a focus on transformation, performance, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with at least 5 years in business planning and transformation.
• Experience in insurance operations and IT, regional or local entity.
• Excellent executive communication and business strategy proposition skills.
• Advanced data analytics with ability to translate metrics into insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
• Willing to go the extra mile for quality deliverables under tight timelines.
• AI skills with ChatGPT and Copilot are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive SD/PD activities for AZAP Ops & IT functions regionally.
• Be main contact for Ops & IT planning, ensuring timely submissions with quality.
• Provide market insights through networks and partners to the regional community.
• Build and review regional Ops & IT strategies aligned with Group direction.
• Deliver Regional Ops & IT Storyboards for RCOO leadership reviews.
