Job summary

Knauf Singapore is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy, APAC to shape and execute regional and country strategies. You will develop business cases for investments, support M&A, and drive improvements across supply networks and operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, strategy consulting background, and a hands-on, independent work style to deliver sustainable value across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, commerce, economics or engineering (required).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategy consulting experience with strong financial modelling and executive communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Goal- and result-oriented, with integrity and ownership of outcomes.
• Independent worker able to drive critical workstreams with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Regional Business Strategy: lead high-impact regional strategy projects to drive growth.
• Country/BU Strategy: collaborate with business units on initiatives that create value and improve bottom-line.
• Performance Management: establish and monitor KPIs; drive improvements.
• Analysis & Insights: develop reports from data, e.g., market and competitive landscapes.
• Communication & Presentation: craft high-quality presentations for regional leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement: present updates to executive team and key stakeholders.
