Circle is seeking a Strategy, Communications, and Policy professional to lead external engagements and manage day-to-day partner relationships across APAC and beyond.

You will prep Circle speakers, coordinate regional events, and build partnerships with regulators, financial institutions, and industry bodies, ensuring alignment with strategic positioning. This role may require up to 30% travel and remote collaboration with US colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management.
• Experience producing events or speaker programs and managing budgets.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prepare crisp briefs for senior executives.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and aligning messaging.

Responsabilités

• Produce regional events across APAC and secure speaking opportunities for Circle’s executives.
• Manage APAC partnerships with regulators, industry bodies, universities, and think tanks.
• Provide speakers with prep, messaging, and post-event feedback to ensure consistency.
• Maintain the speaking program and system of record for requests and messaging library.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on post-event content and outreach.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and renewals for vendors and partners.
• Provide executive support to the Senior Director of Strategic Positioning.
• Collaborate with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model.
