Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Government Relations leader to drive regulatory engagement across APAC markets from a remote-first hub. You will cultivate relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and advisory firms, while overseeing vendor contracts and governance.

Collaboration with Legal/Policy will be essential to shape regulatory strategy and market access. Ideal candidates have proven GR/Public Policy credentials, regional networks, and a track record of advancing strategic regulatory

Qualifications

Proven background in government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory across APAC markets.
Ability to open doors with senior regulators and secure high-level conversations.
Existing relationships with regional financial industry bodies are a plus.
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regulators and government authorities across priority APAC markets.
Establish Binance's presence in regional financial industry bodies and associations.
Engage local GR agencies and advisory firms to access senior regulatory conversations.
Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings, articulating the company’s positioning and gathering intelligence on regulatory expectations.
Own the full contract lifecycle for Government Relations vendors and consultancy partnerships.
Manage P&L for the APAC GR function, ensuring compliant and well-documented engagements.
Partner with Legal/Policy to ensure smooth handoffs on regulatory and policy matters.
