Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Singapore seeks an Assoc Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Director to drive APAC’s commercial partnership portfolio across therapy areas. You will identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and strengthen alliance capability to support growth and access to treatment for patients with chronic diseases in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial business development and partnerships.
• Proven track record of negotiating strategic partnerships and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong financial modelling and ROI analysis skills.
• Fluency in English; APAC languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single regional point of contact for commercial partnerships and business development across therapy areas.
• Identify and lead inorganic growth opportunities within and adjacent to the existing portfolio.
• Lead contract negotiations for current and new deals, coordinating with stakeholders across local, regional and IO levels.
• Oversee partnership governance, run the APAC BD Committee, and co-own the External Regional Joint Steering Committee.
• Develop an APAC partnerships playbook, deliver workshops, and share best practices with IO Business Development.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Alliances to ground strategy in insights and forecasts.
