Qualifications

• 7+ years leading portfolio strategy and large-scale occupancy planning and move management projects.
• 5+ years in program/project management delivering cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Project Management/architecture or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee headcount and space data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Serve as liaison between APAC and Global occupancy planning teams.
• Lead development of occupancy scenarios and migration plans.
• Ensure project management for occupancy planning activities.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc occupancy reports.
• Manage day-to-day occupancy requests and data accuracy.
