Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a Graduate Mobility Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas, coordinating with external immigration vendors.

You will work in the Global Mobility Service team to deliver a seamless employee experience, communicate clearly, and support policy development and process improvements.

Successful candidates will commit to an onboarding date by year-end and have the opportunity to learn from a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas.
• Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure clear communication throughout the case lifecycle and escalate risks when needed.
• Develop templates, FAQs, and policy guidance materials.
• Support immigration policy development and process improvements.
• Analyse immigration data to provide insights and risk assessments.
