Job summary

Responsibilities include leading APAC service delivery, building cross-functional partnerships, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software implementation, services, informatics, or laboratory systems with increasing leadership.
• 3+ years leading geographically dispersed teams and developing employees.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC service delivery operations for deployments, support, and outcomes.
• Foster partnerships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop employees to strengthen technical capabilities and leadership pipelines.
