Job summary

Sumsub is an AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations. We seek an APAC Solutions Engineer to bridge technical capabilities and customer needs across the region, collaborating with sales, product and operations to deliver technical expertise and architectural guidance to Tier-1 prospects and leads.

In this remote-first, globally distributed role, you will run live demos, conduct technical discovery, run PoCs, assist with RFPs, and guide API/SDK integrations while aligning with

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly master new technologies and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strong API/SDK & cloud-based SaaS knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for integrations.
• Interest in Fintech/RegTech and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to customers, tailoring solutions to requirements.
• Prepare live demonstrations of Sumsub’s all-in-one platform.
• Gather technical requirements and define solution architectures.
• Lead PoCs and trials with client technical teams.
• Support sales with RFPs/RFIs and technical responses.
• Guide API integration best practices for deployments.
• Engage Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and CS teams.
