Job summary

BioCatch seeks a Solutions Engineer to join their global Solutions team. The role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer-facing skills, focusing on implementing BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Location: Singapore. You will collaborate with executives, managers, and developers, onboard customers, and help drive process improvements while traveling up to 5% internationally. English fluency is required; Thai language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
• Frontend or fullstack development experience for web or mobile apps using modern frameworks.
• Fluent English and ability to present to customers; Thai language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and technical projects for BioCatch anti-fraud solutions on web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Contribute to documentation, workshops, and process improvements.
• Onboard customers and partners to BioCatch solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to overcome integration challenges.
• Manage complex projects to meet timelines.
