Job summary

BioCatch in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Engineer for APAC to lead implementations and support enterprise customers in financial services. This role focuses on integrating BioCatch solutions for web and mobile applications in a fast-paced, globally engaged team.

You will collaborate with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers, contribute to documentation, and help onboard partners while overcoming integration challenges across web and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially web/mobile APIs and SDKs.
• Experience building or integrating web/mobile applications using JS frameworks (React/Angular/Node.js, etc.).
• Strong onboarding and customer-facing capabilities for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and integrations for BioCatch solutions across web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers on projects.
• Contribute to documentation, workshops, and process improvements.
• Onboard customers and partners to BioCatch solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Manage complex projects showing progress against timelines.

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic and cohesive Solutions team which provides all operational and technical services to our customers worldwide. The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions - but not only.

This role is suitable for unique people who have both solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Contributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.
• Onboarding our customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions.
• Working with cross functional teams to overcome integration challenges with our customers' web/mobile applications.
• Managing complex projects according to desired timelines.

Requirements

Technical Experience:

• Integration Skills: 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context. This could include experience with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
• Frontend/Fullstack Development: Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications. Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.) is essential.

Customer-Facing Skills:

• Experience working with customers: Demonstrated ability to onboard and support world-class customers, particularly in the financial sector (banks, credit unions, etc.)
• Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Developers. This includes both written and verbal communication, presentation skills etc.
• Can-Do Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

Project Management:

• Project Leadership: Experience in leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from start to finish.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Misc:

• Documentation and Training: Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting workshops or training sessions.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Availability to travel internationally: up to 5% (on-demand).
• Fluent English - a must as the incumbent will be required to present in front of customers.
• As this role will also be supporting our customers in Thailand, being business-proficient in Thai will be an advantage
