APAC Solution Architect – Enterprise Digital Assets

Job summary

Fireblocks, the industry-leading digital asset infrastructure company, is hiring a Solution Architect for APAC. You will own the technical delivery from deal close to production, leading architecture, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

You’ll bring delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, help Sales win deals, and codify scalable reference architectures for APAC. Strong leadership in engineering and security is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain/cryptography/Web3, or with Banks/Financial Institutions; either is a strong advantage.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects, and setting technical standards.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production, taking accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Define enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC.
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
