Job summary

Fireblocks, the premier digital asset infrastructure provider, seeks an experienced Solution Architect for APAC Professional Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, guiding architecture, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure while supporting pre-sales with technical insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise or financial services environments.
Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks/Financial Institutions; one is a must.
Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring engineers/architects.
Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for APAC post-sale engagements.
Lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.
Contribute to strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
Define enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
Codify reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for scalable delivery in APAC.
Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to resolve integration challenges.
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
