Job summary

Fireblocks seeks a Solution Architect for APAC to own the technical delivery of implementations for banks and financial institutions, guiding architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

You will bring post-sale delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, help Sales win deals, and ensure security, cloud, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Hands-on software development mindset with strong IT security and cloud knowledge.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies is a plus.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Here’s The Bit About The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect in our APAC Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver.

You’ll Be

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks, Financial Institutions, or enterprise financial systems. One is a must, both is a strong advantage
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus
