Job summary

Fireblocks is replatforming financial services onto a new blockchain-based stack. Be a cornerstone in this journey as our Business Solutions Director for APAC, guiding leading Payment institutions through secure digital infrastructure solutions.

You’ll advise C‑level leaders, shape product and GTM strategy, and drive cross‑functional delivery across product, sales, marketing, and R&D. A background in top‑tier consulting or financial services, plus blockchain expertise, is required to influence

Qualifications

Significant experience in top‑tier management consulting or financial services, especially payments.
3+ years of hands-on blockchain and digital assets experience (Institutional Custody, Tokenization, Trade Finance, CBDCs).
Ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities into digestible insights for non-crypto audiences.
Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and crafting persuasive executive presentations.
Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
Ability to lead teams indirectly and foster collaboration.
Ownership mindset and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
BE/BTech/BA/BSc in business, statistics, economics or quantitative field; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders in Payments.
Develop business cases for digital initiatives and secure executive buy‑in for transformative projects.
Manage large, cross‑organizational consulting assignments.
Partner with Enterprise Accounts to close large strategic accounts.
Interface with Product Strategy and Go‑to‑Market teams to shape future product development.
Engage in market research and thought leadership to bolster Fireblocks' reputation.
Create internal reports and external materials sharing insights and promote dialogue.
Contribute to digital asset solution frameworks, tools and templates.
Foster close collaboration with business leads, product, sales, marketing and R&D.
