Job summary

LAPP Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead local warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control in Singapore.

You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional teams to implement smart, AI-driven warehouse technologies. The role requires 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics, strong SAP/WMS/TMS experience, and leadership capabilities to coach and develop a multi-skilled team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
• Experience with Industrial Automation or related components preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and modern digital logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and storage density to maximize capacity utilization.
• Ensure trade compliance across import/export and global sanctions.
• Lead the adoption of smart warehouse solutions and AI-driven tools.
• Maintain FIFO, serial/batch traceability, and cycle count discipline.
• Enforce 5S, SOPs, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Track and report local KPIs including service level, accuracy, and productivity.
