Job summary

LAPP Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end local warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory accuracy. You will lead the local warehouse team, serve as the regional SME, and drive smart, AI-driven automation adoption across APAC sites.

You will ensure compliance with import/export regulations, implement 5S and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands-on warehouse and logistics leadership experience in similar industries.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, trade compliance, and APAC import/export documentation.
• Experience implementing or operating Smart Warehouse solutions and AI-driven logistics tools.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP (MM/WM/EWM), WMS, TMS, and BI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and trade compliance.
• Lead warehouse team and staff; ensure safety, discipline and continuous capability building.
• Drive smart warehouse automation, AI-driven WMS/TMS, and optimization of layouts and throughput.
• Maintain FIFO, serial/batch traceability, and conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Sourcing, and regional teams to align material flow.
