Job summary

Envirotainer AB is recruiting for Head of Service Network APAC to lead the performance management of outsourced stations across the APAC region. You will drive SLA/KPI adherence, cost controls, and regional budgeting while coordinating with global teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to meet Envirotainer’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across functions and regions.
• Experience with process analysis and benchmarking techniques.
• Ability to manage outsourced service providers and drive compliance.
• Proactive in driving cross-functional alignment and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station performance management across APAC, including SLA and KPI monitoring.
• Manage regional budget and approve/reject supplier invoices.
• Lead process improvements and training at service stations.
• Coordinate with APAC Finance and HQ on controls and reporting.
• Drive regional and global interface with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and other stakeholders.
