Job summary

Envirotainer Singapore leads APAC Service Network operations to ensure reliable temperature-controlled solutions and cost-efficient station performance across the region.

You will oversee performance management of outsourced stations, coordinate with APAC Finance for cost controls, and drive process improvements and trainings to maintain world-class service for life-saving pharma deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum university/college degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in logistics/air freight/global service networks preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve station performance against SLA across APAC.
• Oversee financial performance and approving invoices with APAC Finance.
• Forecast capacity needs and coordinate regional Sales & Operations meetings.
• Lead process improvements and provide trainings at stations.
• Engage with external partners and drive change while maintaining governance.
