DEUTZ Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Head of Service APAC to drive strategic direction, growth and profitability for the regional service business across Southeast Asia, India, South Korea, Japan and Australia.

The role reports to the Chief Sales Officer Engines & Service APAC, MEA and leads a regional service strategy and distributor network. The position requires 7+ years in service/sales with 3+ years in leadership, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and a Bachelor’s in

Qualifications

Experience in service, sales, or business development in technical environments.
Senior leadership with P&L accountability across multi-country networks.
Strong budget, forecasting and pricing experience.

Responsibilities

Own regional service growth strategy and profitability targets.
Lead end-to-end sales processes with distributors, OEMs and customers.
Set dealer standards for training, workshop capability, and service quality.
Lead regional projects and tender negotiations with partners.
Own demand planning, forecasts, and business reviews with stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and distributor performance to identify opportunities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across service, logistics, legal, and sales.
Directly lead SEA team and coach broader regional service organization.
Act as escalation point for complex technical and delivery issues.
Travel extensively within the region.
