Job summary

OKX is seeking an exceptional Head of Communications for APAC to own regional strategy and execution while aligning with global PR initiatives. This senior leader will leverage deep APAC media relationships to drive measurable results in a fast-moving crypto landscape.

The role offers regional flexibility for candidates based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia, with global collaboration and opportunities to scale communications programs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in PR/communications, fintech or tech.
• Strong APAC media network across business, broadcast, financial and crypto.
• Entrepreneurial with proven results in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of APAC communications strategy and results.
• Serve as senior APAC voice, partnering with marketing, product, legal and market leads.
• Build and lead a high-performing communications function and manage PR agency relationships.
• Cultivate media relationships across Australia, Singapore and broader APAC.
• Place stories in top-tier media and crypto publications; drive coverage.
• Write and oversee PR plans, materials, and executive messaging.
• Ensure brand consistency and track media coverage against business goals.
