Job summary

Cloudflare is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for APAC, based in Singapore. You will act as a talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, driving regional hiring with deep market expertise and AI-driven strategies. You will work autonomously to hire top-tier talent for Cloudflare across the APAC region.

You will build proactive pipelines, manage senior stakeholders including Finance, HRBPs and compensation, and partner with AI tools to optimize recruitment operations at scale.

• Stakeholder Management & Advising: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimization: Collaborate with AI agents to automate tasks and scale outreach.
• Data Utilization & Analytics: Analyze time-to-hire and source efficiency to guide decisions.
