Boku in Singapore is seeking a Senior People Partner to be the trusted partner for the APAC region, shaping people strategy, driving organisational effectiveness and supporting growth. This role balances strategic partnering with hands-on delivery across talent, design, performance, engagement and change.
You will work with senior leaders across multiple markets, using data-led insights to inform decisions and strengthen performance, engagement and capability.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to become the trusted partner for our APAC region, partnering with leaders across multiple countries to shape people strategy, drive organisational effectiveness and support our next stage of growth.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work with stakeholders at every level—from people managers through to senior executives—to solve complex business challenges through people-focused solutions. You'll bring commercial thinking, strong influencing skills and a data-led approach to help leaders make informed decisions that strengthen performance, engagement and talent.
Working as part of our global People team, you'll balance strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, leading initiatives across talent management, organisational design, performance, engagement and change. Based in our Singapore office, this is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration Tuesday to Thursday. You’ll primarily work Singapore business hours while partnering with colleagues across the globe, with occasional flexibility for meetings across time zones.
