Job summary

Sandpiper Health, based in Singapore, seeks an exceptional leader to shape its Asia Pacific specialist healthcare business. You will guide growth, lead a regional team of communications specialists and advise senior healthcare clients on reputation and stakeholder engagement.

You will build integrated strategies across corporate reputation, public affairs and research, driving client partnerships and new business opportunities while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech or broader healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record advising senior healthcare executives on reputation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading regional client relationships and integrated communications programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sandpiper Health’s growth and strategic direction across Asia Pacific.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior healthcare leaders in the region.
• Develop integrated communications, corporate reputation, public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Advise clients on high-profile issues, crisis preparedness and reputation management.
• Identify healthcare trends and translate them into opportunities for clients and the business.
• Drive new business development and strategic partnerships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Represent Sandpiper Health at industry events and thought leadership activities.
