You will analyze market trends, manage budgets and forecasts, partner with sales and medical teams, and influence regional commercial strategy while ensuring compliance and tender support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or related commercial experience.
• Track record managing hospital-based, specialty care, acute care, or pharmaceutical portfolios.
• Strong understanding of product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive portfolio growth and market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
• Lead product lifecycle management, including launches, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Partner closely with sales teams to deliver training, commercial tools, and field effectiveness initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
• Manage pricing, budgeting, profitability, and overall portfolio performance.
• Support tender submissions and ensure marketing activities align with industry compliance requirements.
