Job summary

Presidio APAC team is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help streamline order processing and coordinate with Sales, suppliers and finance teams. You will handle end-to-end order activities, ensure accurate customer requirements, and contribute to efficient operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales support or order management within IT, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other related operational roles in the technology sector.
• Experience within the IT industry is essential.
• Knowledge of Sage or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end order process, from quotations to order fulfilment.
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and executed.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing, product availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Build a strong understanding of Presidio's products, vendors and business processes through on-the-job learning.
