Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Director to lead the Service Delivery Management function for SaaS clients across APAC. You will shape the strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and align with SimCorp’s global goals while working in a hybrid APAC setting.

Candidate should possess 10+ years managing C-suite relationships, leading enterprise teams, and deep expertise in SLA/KPI governance, contract management, and executive stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing C-suite client relationships and leading enterprise-level service delivery teams.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple regions and cultures.
• Deep understanding of service delivery processes, including SLAs, KPIs and contract management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS delivery models and client success.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Service Delivery Management strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Guide engagement and optimize delivery across regions and senior stakeholders.
• Lead diverse teams and mentor staff to improve service outcomes.
• Translate goals into measurable operational targets and KPIs.
• Drive innovative delivery practices and use automation and AI.
• Forecast, manage budgets and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
