Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the combined Services and Subscription Deal Desk across APAC. You will guide a team handling complex enterprise deals, ensuring alignment on structure, terms, and timelines to accelerate deal velocity.

The role requires deep SaaS licensing knowledge, strategic deal packaging proficiency, and strong stakeholder relationships with sales leadership and regional teams.

Qualifications

12+ years in deal management, commercial operations, or sales operations with progression to senior/management level.
Deep expertise in Services and Subscription models; pricing and licensing experience.
Experience with multi-product bundles, long-term contracts, and complex negotiations.
Advanced financial analysis including margin modeling and NPV calculations.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience in software/SaaS industry and enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team managing complex Services and Subscription transactions across APAC.
Provide strategic guidance on deal packaging, commercial terms, and bundled offerings.
Drive deal velocity and customer value realization while aligning with sales leadership.
