SAMSUNG SDS Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automation Project Lead to develop and implement cost-efficient automation solutions for warehouse operations across APAC.

You will identify new technologies, collaborate with vendors, and manage the end-to-end implementation process to boost productivity and reduce costs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics/warehouse automation, and hands-on experience with ASRS, AGV/AMR, DPS, DPC and DAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics and warehouse automation.
• Experience with ASRS, AGV/AMR, DPS, DPC and DAS.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of WMS/WCS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse setup and material handling equipment implementation projects across APAC.
• Manage automation projects with feasibility studies, simulations, and ROI analysis.
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies and identify suitable suppliers.
• Maintain a database of automation solutions, capacities, costs, and integration capabilities.
• Monitor project budgets and stakeholder updates.
• Track performance of automation suppliers and equipment.
