Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, OR related fields.
• Min 3 years of work experience in logistics and warehouse automation including ASRS, AGV/AMR, DPS, DPC and DAS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance big picture and prioritization.
• Customer-focused with ownership and urgency.

Aufgaben

• Support warehouse setup and automation projects across APAC.
• Manage automation projects including feasibility studies, pilots, simulations, and ROI analysis.
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies and identify suitable suppliers.
• Maintain a database of automation solutions, capacities, costs, and integration capabilities.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to sustain competitive advantage.
• Provide project status updates and verification results to stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance of automation and material handling equipment.
