DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a strategic regional leader to define and implement roadfreight and multimodal strategies across the region. You will lead and manage regional business operations to achieve EBIT, volume growth, cash flow, profitability and market share in line with DHL's vision.

You will drive the regional product P&L, oversee budget governance, and champion growth opportunities while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure effective execution and performance improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in senior leadership and management roles.
• Strong analytical capability using operational and commercial information to drive decisions.
