Clyde & Co in Singapore seeks a Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the APAC Legal & Regulatory Risk team. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, governance processes and professional indemnity insurance administration for the Singapore office and APAC region.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in compliance or risk-related roles and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a view to developing a career in legal risk within a leading international law firm. Local eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Law, Accounting or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, governance, company secretarial or risk-related roles.
• Experience dealing with regulators, government authorities and insurers.
• Experience maintaining compliance registers, governance records or statutory records.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including developing dashboards and reporting."
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Responsabilités

• Compliance & Regulatory Support: monitor LSRA requirements and other professional bodies, maintain regulatory trackers and calendars, maintain compliance records, support regulatory responses, assist with LSRA annual returns, and update SOPs/policies.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: coordinate director appointment/resignation, liaise with corporate secretaries/auditors/insurers/regulators, maintain governance records, collaborate with APAC and global teams on regulatory matters.
• Risk Team Support: assist internal compliance initiatives, prepare reports/presentations on regulatory matters, identify upcoming compliance requirements, provide coordination across APAC.
