Clyde & Co Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Risk & Compliance Analyst (APAC based in Singapore) to support regulatory risk, governance, and compliance for the Singapore office and APAC region.

You will assist with LSRA filings, governance records, and risk reporting while coordinating with the APAC team. The role emphasizes professional registrations, insurance administration, and monitoring regulatory developments, offering exposure across APAC markets and opportunities to develop in legal risk

Qualificações

• Diploma in Business, Law, Accounting or related discipline.
• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, governance, company secretarial or risk-related roles in a professional services environment.
• Experience dealing directly with regulators, government authorities and insurers.
• Experience maintaining compliance registers, governance records or statutory records.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including developing and maintaining compliance trackers, dashboards, metrics and presentations.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compliance & Regulatory Support: Monitor LSRA requirements and professional bodies, maintain trackers and calendars, support regulatory filings.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate director appointments and liaise with corporate secretaries, auditors, insurers, regulators and service providers.
• Risk Team Support: Prepare reports, presentations and management updates on regulatory matters; identify upcoming compliance requirements and coordinate cross-APAC activities.
