Waters seeks an Integration and Commercial Analytics Manager for WBD APAC to drive data-driven decisions across Asia-Pacific. You will integrate diverse commercial data sources, build predictive models, and deliver insights to optimize sales, pricing, and market share.

You will design dashboards, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and product teams, and present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's in quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics with actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R.
• Experience with BI tools and data integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data integration across various data sources in the WBD APAC region, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytical models and dashboards to track KPIs for sales, marketing, market share, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership with strategic recommendations for business improvement.
• Develop and implement data governance best practices to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and evaluate new analytical tools and technologies to enhance reporting and forecasting.
• Support strategic planning with data-backed insights and forecasting models.
• Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and tool usage.
