Job summary

This senior role requires 10+ years in renewable energy or engineering consulting, strong leadership, and a track record in strategic execution, stakeholder management and business development across multiple countries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in renewable energy, engineering consulting or technical advisory.
Strong knowledge of solar, wind, BESS and renewable energy advisory and engineering services.
Experience leading regional strategy, business development and cross‑country teams.
Proven ability to manage financial performance, operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive regional growth targets for Asia Pacific through strategic initiatives and market penetration.
Coordinate with Production and Contracting Offices to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
Lead multi‑country cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
Partner with Global leadership and Industry Leaders to align regional plans with global strategy.
Monitor KPIs: revenue growth, OT/PROD targets, client satisfaction and hiring plan execution.
Develop sales capabilities and ensure integration between sales and operations.
Mentor Area Leaders and key regional talent to build capability.
