Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead the APAC Regulatory Readiness team. You will recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team, maintain a comprehensive view of regulatory risks, and drive readiness programs that anticipate changes affecting Meta’s products and users across Asia-Pacific.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, and operations, translate complex regulations into clear strategic actions, and advise leadership on prioritization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in regulatory affairs, public policy, compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• 3+ years in people management, with team-building experience.
• Deep knowledge of APAC regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with legal, policy, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC regulatory readiness team.
• Own APAC regulatory landscape with risk insights and leadership-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses with product, engineering, and operations.
• Advise on regulatory strategy and prioritization for leadership decisions.
• Represent APAC perspectives in global readiness processes.
