Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic, regional-focused consultant to translate priorities into actionable plans for the APAC region. You will prepare executive presentations and facilitate leadership forums, aligning stakeholders across markets.

With a minimum of 3 years in consulting and a degree in Business or Engineering, you will drive corporate initiatives, monitor performance, and support change management across APAC with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Consulting
• Regional exposure preferred
• Strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Business Unit Head to translate priorities into structured business plans and executive initiatives.
• Develop clear strategic narratives consolidating insights across APAC markets for leadership and global HQ.
• Coordinate regional management meetings, oversee agendas, executive materials, and follow-up actions.
• Track regional initiatives, monitor scorecards, identify gaps, risks and required management intervention.
• Support organisational change through effective communication, leadership workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with country MDs and leaders to consolidate updates and support cross-market initiatives.
