Responsibilities

• Partner with the APAC Business Unit Head to translate strategic priorities into structured business plans, executive presentations and actionable initiatives.
• Develop clear and consistent strategic narratives, consolidating business insights across APAC markets for effective communication with regional leadership and global headquarters.
• Coordinate regional management meetings and leadership forums, overseeing agendas, executive materials, decision tracking and follow-up actions.
• Track regional strategic initiatives, monitor business scorecards and identify implementation gaps, risks and areas requiring management intervention.
• Support organisational change initiatives through effective communication, leadership workshops and stakeholder alignment across regional markets.
• Collaborate with country Managing Directors and functional leaders to consolidate business updates, support cross-market initiatives and provide strategic analysis to facilitate decision-making.
