Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific, to drive MTU power generation product sales across the APAC region (excluding Greater China). This role collaborates with engineering teams, partners and customers to deliver technically robust and commercially competitive solutions.

You will lead business development, manage key customers and channel partners, and contribute to regional sales strategy while traveling within the APAC region as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 5 years of sales experience in power generation or related industry.
• Experience selling technical solutions to both engineers and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets with internal and external partners for MTU power generation products.
• Drive business development and build a strong APAC sales pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs and channel partners.
• Translate customer requirements with engineering teams to technical solutions.
• Support preparation of technical proposals and value propositions.
• Provide accurate regular sales forecasts and market insights.
