Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking a Regional Pricing Manager to architect pricing excellence and commercial profitability across TAP markets. You will design and implement value-based pricing frameworks, price corridors, and governance tailored to local reimbursement landscapes, collaborating with Country Leads, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

Degree in business/finance/marketing required.
Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial or finance experience.
At least 3 years in pricing, commercial ops, or strategic marketing.
Healthcare or medtech experience is preferred.
Experience leading cross-border pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Formulating, managing, and optimizing regional pricing strategies.
Partner with country commercial, marketing, and finance leadership.
Conduct price-volume-mix and margin optimization analyses.
Provide pricing recommendations on contracts, tenders, discounts.
Monitor price realization, leakage, margin, and governance.
Analyze market trends and reimbursement policies to inform strategy.
