Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Key Account Manager (Performance & Process) to join our APAC team in Singapore. You will strengthen operational performance, data quality, and reporting capabilities across strategic customers, collaborating with regional operations, KAM, BD, and Process Excellence teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in operational performance management, KPI reporting, data analysis and process improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or Tableau will be highly regarded.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Progressed candidates may need to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in operational data quality, accuracy and consistency across the regional OKAM portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline and automate recurring customer reporting activities.
• Develop, consolidate and analyse customer performance reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate and support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate data and clear analysis.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional and country operations to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
• Support development and maintenance of customer SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to drive consistent processes and reporting standards across APAC and global teams.
