DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Regional Project Manager at DBS Asia Hub in Singapore to oversee multi-market initiatives across the APAC region, driving digital offerings and improved customer experience.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with operations, IT and business units, and apply AI-first approaches to enhance efficiency, collaboration and employee experiences across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management across regional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple groups and geographies.
• Experience with digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle of regional projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, business units and regional partners to ensure alignment.
• Drive digital solution implementation and AI-enabled transformation across markets.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve work through Gen AI and digital tools.
• Monitor progress, report status, and ensure governance and compliance.
