Job summary

JAGUAR LAND ROVER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across Asia Pacific, aligning people strategies with business priorities, and driving talent development in a complex regional landscape.

You will lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development; coach executives; and partner with HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across multiple APAC markets.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP in a multinational environment.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
Experience supporting multiple APAC markets with understanding of employment practices and culture.
Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and business transformation.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute people strategies with regional leadership to support APAC priorities.
Provide strategic HR advice on org design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
Lead talent review and succession planning for critical roles and future leadership needs.
Analyse workforce data to identify risks and opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
Coach and influence senior stakeholders on people, performance and organisational effectiveness.
