Job summary

Salt is seeking a Regional Financial Controller for APAC in Singapore. You’ll lead regional financial reporting, budgeting and planning, and partner with regional and global leaders to drive commercial decision-making and long-term growth.

The role requires strong accounting, controls, and transformation experience across multiple markets. You’ll oversee statutory reporting, tax and audits, strengthen governance, and guide finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting, reporting and controls expertise.
• Experience partnering with regional and global leadership.
• Proven track record in multinational APAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, planning and analysis across APAC.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Partner with regional leadership to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and system/process improvements.
• Act as the finance liaison between APAC operations and global HQ.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and financial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop finance resources across the region.
