Gardner Denver Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for a Regional Financial Controller who will oversee controllership, governance, compliance, statutory reporting and financial risk across APAC.

The role provides strategic leadership and partners with regional and country leaders to ensure reporting integrity and a strong control environment. You will drive operational excellence, own month-/quarter-/year-end closes to US GAAP, coordinate audits and tax affairs, and steer finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional financial controllership and governance across APAC.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in line with US GAAP.
• Ensure statutory reporting and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive profitability and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Develop finance talent and drive transformation initiatives.
