Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to direct integrated facilities management across APAC for a major multi-service corporate client. You will oversee 1.5 million+ square feet, drive operational excellence, and lead a regional team of 80 across 10+ countries with a focus on risk, governance, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, property management, or integrated facilities services.
Experience leading operational transformation initiatives involving workplace technology, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital FM platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Account Executive to maintain engagement with client stakeholders and align delivery with business priorities.
Lead regional operational strategy and service delivery across APAC portfolio.
Drive culture of service excellence and continuous improvement across sites and teams.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, vendor performance, and contractual compliance.
Lead change management for operational technologies, digital workflows, and analytics platforms.
Promote risk awareness and ensure compliance with safety and governance standards.
